L\u2019Ensad (EnsadLab), en coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris 8 (laboratoire Esth\u00e9tique des nouveaux m\u00e9dias) et l\u2019\u00c9cole nationale sup\u00e9rieure d\u2019architecture de Toulouse, avec le concours la Haute \u00e9cole d\u2019art et de design- Gen\u00e8ve (laboratoire Formes de l\u2019interactivit\u00e9) et de l\u2018 University of the Arts in Tokyo (Graduate School of Film and New Media), organise une op\u00e9ration artistique, scientifique et culturelle, centr\u00e9e sur le th\u00e8me de la mobilit\u00e9 et intitul\u00e9e Mobilisable.
\nMobilisable is an artistic, scientific and cultural operation concentrating on the subject of mobility, which is organized by the Ensad (EnsadLab), in cooperation with the Universit\u00e9 Paris 8 (Esth\u00e9tique des nouveaux medias lab) and the \u00c9cole nationale sup\u00e9rieure de Toulouse and with support of the Haute \u00e9cole d\u2019art et de design-Gen\u00e8ve (Forms of interactivity lab) and the University of the Arts in Tokyo (Graduate School of Film and New Media).<\/em><\/p>\n

Le terme mobilisable<\/em> est pris dans tout l\u2019\u00e9ventail de ses significations. Mobile d\u00e9signe la possibilit\u00e9 de mouvement, la mise en mouvement, la cause du mouvement. Mobilisable est la facult\u00e9 de ce qui peut \u00eatre rendu mobile.
\nThe term mobilisable is to be understood in the widest possible sense. Mobile signifies the possibility of movement, as well as the activation of movement and the cause of movement. Mobilisable is the faculty of what can be made mobile.<\/em><\/p>\n

L\u2019op\u00e9ration vise \u00e0 \u00e9clairer et \u00e0 illustrer les mutations artistiques qu\u2019impliquent les m\u00e9dias du d\u00e9placement et de la localisation, l\u2019\u00e9mergence du paysage technologique, les nouvelles formes de cartographie et de r\u00e9cit, les nouvelles modalit\u00e9s de la dialectique mobile-immobile, les nouveaux instruments de l\u2019exercice de la mobilit\u00e9. Le terme mobilisable<\/em>qualifie alors des formes artistiques et des \u0153uvres, mais aussi de possibles comportements des artistes et du public, de la collectivit\u00e9 engag\u00e9e dans de tels processus artistiques, scientifiques et culturels.
\nThe operation aims at elucidating and illustrating the artistic mutations, which are created by the medias of dislocation and localization, the development of the technological landscape, the new forms of cartography and of narration, the new modalities of the dialectic mobile \u2013 immobile, all these new instruments of making mobility. The term mobilisabletherefore covers artistic forms and works, but also the possible attitudes of the artist and the public, and the collectivity engaged in such artistic, scientific and cultural processes.<\/em><\/p>\n

Avec l\u2019affirmation du suffixe -able, porteur de potentialit\u00e9s, Mobilisable se r\u00e9clame d\u2019une forme de manifestation d\u00e9j\u00e0 con\u00e7ue en 2004 avec Jouable (art, jeu et interactivit\u00e9), associant approches th\u00e9oriques et exp\u00e9rimentations artistiques, journ\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9tude, workshops, expositions et publications.
\nMobilisable affirms the suffix \u2013able as an expression of potentialities. Its form already having been conceived in 2004 with the project Jouable (art, game and interactivity).
